Bring Therapeutic Plasma Exchange
(Plasmapheresis) to Your Clinic
Lifespan Edge partners with forward-thinking physicians to offer TPE as a fully supported clinical service — equipment, protocols, training, and patient pipeline. No risk. No heavy lift. No patients lost.
TPE (Plasmapheresis) Is Being Used to Support Patients With:
As longevity medicine expands, physicians are seeing a growing demand for solutions that go beyond traditional care. Therapeutic plasma exchange has a growing body of evidence for conditions your patients are already presenting with.
TPE may support patient improvement across all of these and more. Talk to one of our Lifespan Edge physicians to learn what the evidence shows and whether it’s right for your patients.
What is Therapeutic Plasma Exchange
(Plasmapheresis)?
Plasmapheresis — also known as Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) — is an FDA-cleared blood filtration procedure with decades of hospital use in neurology and autoimmune medicine. Its application in longevity medicine removes aging plasma proteins, inflammatory cytokines, and accumulated toxins — replacing them with albumin — to reset the body’s internal environment at the cellular level.
Blood Draw & Separation
Blood is drawn via IV and processed through an FDA-approved apheresis machine that separates plasma from red and white blood cells.
Plasma Removal
Old plasma and accumulated toxins are removed and discarded.
Albumin Replacement
Blood cells are returned with sterile albumin solution, replenishing antioxidants and creating a renewed internal environment.
Outcomes & Follow-up
Patients often report subjective improvements in energy and mental clarity in the weeks following treatment. Protocol: ~4 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart.
We Take the Risk Out of Bringing TPE to Your Practice
No Risk. We Provide the Infrastructure.
We bring the equipment, protocols, training, and operational support. You don’t need to make a major capital investment to offer plasmapheresis in your clinic — we take that burden off your plate.
Keep Your Patients.
As TPE becomes more widely available, patients are increasingly seeking out established centers. Partnering with Lifespan Edge means your patients get access to TPE through you — keeping the relationship in your practice where it belongs.
Ongoing Support — This Is a Real Partnership.
We don’t hand you a protocol and walk away. Lifespan Edge provides continuous clinical support, staff training, patient intake assistance, and regular touchpoints to make sure the program runs smoothly in your practice.
Non-Exclusive. You Stay in Control.
Our partnership structure is fully non-exclusive. You maintain complete autonomy over your practice and patient relationships. Plasmapheresis integrates alongside your existing services — not instead of them.
Built on Decades of Apheresis Science.
TPE is not experimental. It has decades of established hospital use in autoimmune and neurological disease. We are translating proven medicine into longevity care — backed by clinical research and the Lifespan Edge physician network.

*Important Note: Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE / Plasmapheresis) is an FDA-approved procedure for several conditions. While early research and patient experiences suggest promising benefits for aging and cognitive health, results may vary, and TPE may not be right for everyone. The conditions referenced on this page represent areas of emerging clinical interest and do not constitute claims that TPE diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. We encourage physicians to speak with our medical team to evaluate clinical appropriateness for their patient population.
